To obtain an EASA AME license:
1) Join an EASA Part-147 approved training program to learn theory and practical skills.
2) Gain practical work experience under certified engineers; duration depends on the license type (e.g., 1–5 years for categories like B1 for mechanics or B2 for avionics).
3) Pass EASA module exams relevant to your chosen category.
4) Submit proof of training, experience, and exam results to the aviation authority of an EASA member country. Once approved, you'll receive your EASA AME license.
